Guarantee

Mariani Plants guarantees plant material to be true to variety name and will replace or refund original price of plant material that may prove otherwise. We shall in no case be held liable for any sum greater than the purchase price.

Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of nursery stock and short digging window, please notify our office immediately if cancellations are necessary. Cancellations will NOT be accepted for B & B plant material that has been processed for dig.

Claims

Claims on shortages, incorrect, or damaged plants must be submitted immediately. All other claims must be made in writing within (7) days of receipt. Each case will be handled on an individual basis and we will do our best to resolve problems fairly. Under no circumstance will Mariani Plants be held responsible for more than the original purchase price of the plant material.
